B Nebbett and Son - company history
Established in 1970 by Brian Nebbett, the family business was passed from father to son and continues to expand as a scrap metal merchants. B Nebbett and Son has now changed almost beyond recognition from our original business, as the emphasis has moved from the hire, collection and delivery of skips and containers to the buying, selling and processing of ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
Evolving our Surrey scrap metal business
In September 2001, B Nebbett and Son moved from our old Western Road site into a 2 acre site on the Willow Lane Industrial Estate. This relocation allowed us to branch out still further into other areas. Our scrap metal merchants are now able to remove redundant machinery using a lorry-mounted 5 tonne crane, and can also offer scrap removal from facilities that cannot be accessed during daylight hours. In addition, we have expanded greatly into end of life vehicles.
